Alessandro Bernardini

Mr. Alessandro Bernardini is an electrical engineer (M.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering). At Zimmermann & Partner he is particularly active in the fields of electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics and automation technology. He works on national and international patents with the preparation of patent applications and in proceedings before the European Patent Office and the German Patent Office.

Mr. Alessandro Bernardini studied electrical and computer engineering at the university “La Sapienza” in Rome (Laurea di primo livello) and at the Technical University of Munich. He completed his Master at the Institute for Measurement Systems and Sensor Technology (Prof. Dr.-Ing. Habil. Dr. h.c. Alexander W. Koch) at the Technical University of Munich. Subsequently he worked many years as scientific Assistant at the Chair of Electronic Design Automation (Prof. Dr.-Ing. Ulf Schlichtmann) at the Technical University of Munich where he still completes his Ph.D. project. During his studies and his work he specialized in particular on scientific computing, the modeling of fiber optic sensors, on formal hardware verification, the functional safety analysis of hardware systems, the automation of the testing of biochips and the reverse engineering of hardware netlists.
