Ms. Anna Stollenwerk is a physicist (M.Sc.) and is currently undergoing training at our firm to qualify as a German patent attorney and as a representative before the European Patent Office. Her field of activity covers all areas of intellectual property law.

After completing her Master’s degree at RWTH Aachen University, specialising in theoretical condensed matter physics, Ms. Stollenwerk worked on research projects at the Institute for Theory of Statistical Physics at RWTH Aachen University as well as at the Max Planck Institute for the Structure and Dynamics of Matter in Hamburg. Her work focused on tensor network simulations of complex quantum systems. A particular emphasis of her work was the analysis of the performance of noisy quantum algorithms as well as the study of one-dimensional strongly correlated electron systems.
