Dr. Daknama holds a doctorate (Dr. rer. nat.) and is currently training with our firm to become a German Patent Attorney and a representative before the European Patent Office. He studied mathematics at Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich. His doctoral research focused on information distribution in networks and the efficient deployment of drones in delivery networks. After completing his doctorate, he spent six years working in the finance industry.

At our firm, Dr. Daknama is involved in all areas of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on telecommunications, artificial intelligence, and automation. A particular focus of his work is patent litigation, in particular infringement and validity proceedings in the fields of mobile communications and signal processing. In parallel, he is pursuing a Bachelor of Laws degree at Fernuniversität in Hagen.
