Ms. Jeannette Hellmann-Cordner has a law degree from the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen. She successfully passed the theoretical exam to become a certified specialist attorney for Intellectual Property Law.

Before joining ZIMMERMANN & PARTNER, she worked as Senior Legal Counsel for an international market leader in the field of transportation and was responsible in this function for the management of the international trademark portfolio as well as all legal matters with regard to intellectual property law and in particular the licensing of IPR in the scope of technology transfers. At our firm, she advises clients in all aspects of national and international trademark law and handles proceedings before the EUIPO.

Ms. Jeannette Hellmann-Cordner is specialized in the handling of international trademark portfolios and the drafting and reviewing of license agreements and other IP relevant contracts. As attorney at law she also strengthens our team in the handling of legal matters with regarding intellectual property and copyright law and provides legal advice in trademark and copyright infringement cases.
