Monika Bandouch is a lawyer and specialist lawyer for intellectual property law. At Zimmermann & Partner, Monika advises in particular on national and European trade mark and design law as well as employee invention law, including related contractual arrangements. She manages international trade mark portfolios and represents clients in proceedings before the European Union Intellectual Property Office and the German Patent and Trademark Office.

Monika studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and completed part of her legal clerkship in Brussels and Poole (England). Prior to joining Zimmermann & Partner, Monika worked in a Munich law firm mainly in trade mark and design law, including related infringement proceedings.
