Dr. Philipp Heidler is a licensed pharmacist, holds a doctorate in pharmacy, is a German patent attorney and a professional representative before the European Patent Office (European Patent Attorney). Dr. Heidler studied pharmacy at the University of Hamburg and received his doctorate in pharmaceutical chemistry from the Philipps University of Marburg. After completing his training as a German patent attorney, Dr. Heidler worked abroad for a renowned US law firm.

Dr. Heidler has many years of experience in advising small and medium-sized companies in particular on all aspects of intellectual property law and his expertise covers a broad spectrum of technical and scientific fields. He represents clients in application proceedings before the German and European Patent Offices, before the Federal Patent Court and in patent infringement proceedings before German courts, as well as before the European Union Intellectual Property Office and WIPO in connection with international trademark and design portfolios.
